What are some creative ways to use leftover mashed potatoes in a potato bread recipe?

I had decided that this leftover potato bread would be the last recipe I would try, and if it didn't work, I would buy again at the store. My children love this bread, my husband loves this bread, and all the teachers at my daughters' school love this bread. The surprising thing is that whatever flavor of the mashed potatoes you use, you won't really be able to notice it in this recipe.
